As a textile roll-up conveyor system closure, ECClos-FLEX is characterized by its small space requirement. The system closes vertically from top to bottom and is also suitable for very large openings. It is designed for discontinuous and separate conveyor systems such as belt, roller and suspension chain conveyors. The closure meets the requirements of fire resistance classes E 90 and EW 60 (tested according to DIN EN 1366-7). The protection goal EI 90 can be achieved by means of a sprinkler system to be provided by the customer.




  • Universal-B

A versatile solution with smooth surfaces for high aesthetic standards: The robust slider closure features an encapsulated design. When parked, the slider is positioned inside the casing. the system consists of a load-bearing steel structure lined with Promatect H panels. Walls can be completely replaced by storey-high elements. Universal-B is ideally suited for interrupted and separated conveyor systems, e.g. belt, roller and suspension chain conveyors, sorters and newspaper conveyors.




  • GCC

The Global Conveyor Closure (GCC) is a compact conveyor system closure in element design for separate and continuous conveyor systems. It only requires a small overlap on the wall surrounding the opening. For discontinuous conveyor systems, just a short interruption of the conveying line (separation point) is necessary thanks to the very slim sheet metal of the damper. There is a wide range of surface design options for the sliding damper - from the cost-efficient basic version made of untreated fire protection plates to surfaces coated with emulsion paint or to high-quality cladding of the damper with galvanized steel sheet (optionally powder-coated or in stainless steel).




  • Omnicompact

Space-saving and extra sturdy sheet metal closure for discontinuous and separate conveyor systems: Omnicompact features a segmented damper blade. This stacks up into the lintel area during closing. The system is suitable for very large openings, but is also available as a low-camber version that just requires a height of 560 mm. Omnicompact complies with the requirements of fire resistance classes EI 30 to EI 120 (tested according to DIN EN 1634-1) and is approved as a T30 and T90-gate.
