There are various reasons you may want to edit an already existing Asset Type.
For example, perhaps when creating the Asset Type you decided to enforce checklists being executed in a particular order, but later realised that you do not want them in a particular order.
Step 1:
Navigate to the Asset Types page & select the Asset Type you would like to edit.
Step 2:
Select Edit from the navigation pane in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 3:
For example, uncheck the "Enforce checklists to be used in the order shown above..." radio button.
Step 4:
Once you have made all the changes you wish to, click the
✓ Save
button to successfully save the changes you have implemented to the Asset Type.
You have now successfully edited the Asset Type!
